Top question regarding a GranuFlo lawsuit is more than just a simple article of interest. I am not an attorney but it appears that this product is very similar to many of the other types of boating products on the market and there are some questions as to whether or not the Federal Trade Commission has properly regulated these products in the past.
In the past, if you purchased a GranuFlo boating product or a similar product, you had to beware of the possible defects or problems with the product. While this is still the case, it appears that there was a change in how they had their products tested. At this point in time I believe they are testing products and their products like they should.
In a Top Question Reagrding a GranuFlo lawsuit I read that in the past, if someone purchased a boat and later found out that the boat had a defect such as a gasket leak or that the boat was broken in the middle, they were not able to sue the manufacturer. They could only sue the dealer who sold them the defective boat. However, now if the boat was broken or it did not have a gasket leak, they may be able to sue the company.
Now, I have never been personally involved in a boat lawsuit, but I have heard stories from friends and family and even a friend of mine that was in a boat accident with a GranuFlo product. The case was won against the manufacturer and their lawyers are claiming damages for pain and suffering, lost wages and disability related expenses. I do not know what to make of this story, but it seems like people are suing companies and products that they bought, not knowing that the product actually does not work like it claims. This has caused some consumer anger.
It is not only GranuFlo that have changed the way they test their products. Other companies, including Energizer and P&G, have also claimed that their products are defective. Consumers have claimed that P&G is selling defective products and they claim to have been misled into buying them because the company's ads made them feel that these products were reliable and would save them money.
If you are interested in reading the Top Question Reagrding a GranuFlo lawsuit then you can go to the Federal Trade Commission's website. Here you can find the full FTC complaint filed against GranuFlo. and can read about a couple of their changes to the way they test their products. I hope that you take note of it and think on it.
